Writing term papers involves numerous elements in order for them to be successful and earn high grades. One of the things to be taken into account is the audience that you are writing for.
The number of topics that you can write about is unlimited. For this reason, it is important to know what your topic is and know it well. This will help you to stay focused on it and not get distracted.

The same thing could also apply if you are writing on a subject that involves both males and females but there may be different rules or applications for each group. You would need to address those items individually for each group.
